Boaz is a high-impact, international award-winning speaker delivering motivational and experiential keynotes tailored for corporate audiences, CEOs and conferences. Boaz’s experience as a leadership trainer and workshop leader started during his time at his own full-service advertising agency. Running a dynamic organization gave Boaz experience in inspiring workplace culture and in a range of media and marketing strategies - as well as a real knack for sales. This springboarded him into launching a nationwide sales training seminar series, designed to help professionals and corporate teams improve performance, strengthen leadership and drive sales-growth.

Since 2003, Boaz has been a professional speaker and CEO coach for Vistage – the world’s largest CEO coaching and peer advisory organization for small and midsize business leaders. Over the last 22 years, Boaz has facilitated more than 2,000 leadership development and sales-growth seminars. His methodology has impacted more than 25,000 CEOs. Boaz gives top leadership lessons for executives, sharing how CEOs can improve performance and develop high-performance leadership culture across industries.

In 2019, Boaz formed Power Communication Systems, also known as Boaz Power, focused on corporate communication training and business communication strategies. His communication system builds accountability, collaboration and teamwork, driving business growth and improving company performance. With an emphasis on relationship-based leadership and effective workplace communication, Boaz helps organizations achieve higher productivity and lasting impact.
