These are statements of goals you desire, written as if they were already accomplished, with an emotion added. If the goal is time-sensitive, set a date. Do not analyze the “how.” Just clarify an exciting “why.”
Listen for 2 or 3 minutes to a positive CD, while you get ready in the morning. The first 15 minutes of the day will set your mood for the entire day.
It’s much more productive to familiarize yourself with a few basic human relations techniques, and make them a part of you, than to read many books and not internalize any of them. Take a few minutes, two or three times a week, to get some exercise. Great mental energy is created when you’re in good physical shape. Balanced and controlled eating will help you live longer and healthier.
Carry a $100 bill at all times. It will make you feel prosperous. Save some money every day. Get an envelope and put a dollar bill or more in it every day. Stop charging impulsively and place $20 bills around the house.
Take some kind of action every day on your most important goal. Small steps, over time, turn into giant leaps.
